Living in Oregon for 3 weeks

I’ve been nomadic for around 10 months of the last 15. In January this year I stayed in Mexico for two months, and now I’ve arrived in Oregon to stay for 3 weeks. It’s colder than Mexico but makes up for it with the cool breeze rushing through the dense green forests here. You can also hear the sea from just under a mile away. It’s beautiful.

Getting Flexy

Since the beginning of January I’ve been working with my friend and PT, Nicole, to improve my range of motion. The goal is to reach this level of flexibility and strength. You can follow my progress on Instagram.
